The lives of celebrities are often in the limelight, and there is not much that goes on that people don’t recognize. This is especially true when two very famous individuals have a child.
Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s 12-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy Carter has been the topic of much discussion over the years. Recently, she was at the premiere of ‘Mufasa: The Lion King’ in Los Angeles on December 9, and people are talking.
She showed up on the red carpet in a beautiful metallic gold gown that showed off how poised and elegant she was. The entire look was set off with manicured nails and a lot of makeup. Many people were comparing her to her mother.
Blue Ivy is the voice actor for Kiara, Simba’s daughter in the upcoming Disney prequel to The Lion King. It was a very proud moment for her and her family, and she stood on the red carpet with her parents and her grandmother, Tina Knowles.
After the evening, Beyoncé was on Instagram to celebrate the accomplishment. She wrote: “My gorgeous baby girl. This is your night. You worked hard and you did such a beautiful job as the voice of Kiara. Your family could not be prouder. Keep shining.”
Beyoncé may have been very happy with the moment but others were saying that she was too young to be wearing what she had on. They were also concerned that she was wearing too much makeup.
Although it certainly is true that she looked 20, and some people were pointing that out, they were also saying that she looked a lot like her mother. Others, however, said that she looked taller than Beyoncé, referring to her as a ‘beautiful child.’
Undoubtedly, this will not be her last time on the red carpet and her look really shows that she is an up-and-comer. Even though many disagreed with the outfit and felt that it was not age-appropriate, that is still something that Beyoncé and Jay-Z will have to decide for now.
