Lizzo Shocks Her Fans With A Dramatic New Look

Something that is of interest to people around the world is physical fitness. If you hang out in a conversation long enough, it is likely going to head in that direction.

Not only do we celebrate when we experience a fitness goal, we celebrate with others when they experience it as well. That is why many people are now celebrating 36-year-old Lizzo, as she is sharing pictures on social media.

Lizzo has sometimes been criticized for being a plus sized woman, but there are also many who realize that she was ‘keeping it real.’ Now that she is sharing these pictures and rocking a new hairstyle along with her fitness journey, people can’t help but praise her for the effort.

She shared pictures on Instagram, captioning them: “Last night I wore milkmaid braids.” A video was also shared of her mother with the same hairstyle, in which she said: “My mom stole my hairstyle & ate me up.”

Many people notice that she was losing weight because her face was slimming. That is one of the first places that typically shows when you are on a weight loss journey.

Some mentioned her ‘face card’ and others talked about her cheekbones. There was even one who highlighted the fact that it doesn’t matter how she looked, they know that it must ‘feel amazing.’

Lizzo has spoken about her weight loss previously this year and said that she is on a ‘natural weight loss journey.’ She is also doing what many doctors recommend, she is losing weight methodically and very slowly.

Something else that she mentioned is that people were talking about her taking Ozempic, the weight loss drug. She said: “When you finally get ozempic allegations after 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit.”

In order to have a little fun with the subject, she also dressed up as LizzOzempic for Halloween and shared a picture on Instagram. She said that the ‘Side effects include: A smile on your face and a pep in your step.’

In speaking about body positivity, she said: “The idea of body positivity, it’s moved away from the antiquated mainstream conception. It’s evolved into body neutrality.

“I’m not going to lie and say I love my body every day. The bottom line is, the way you feel about your body changes every single day. There are some days I adore my body, and others when I don’t feel completely positive.”

Something else that she is going and is giving herself some days off and not feeling overly stressed about it. When speaking about her eating regime, she did reveal: “I overate yesterday, and I’m feeling really bad about it.

“I’m trying to remind myself that my body needed that nourishment. And if my body deserves comfort, then my brain deserves comfort too.”
