Elon Musk is not only the richest man in the world, he is also known for doing some strange things on occasion. He tends to keep his private life as private as possible, but there’s something that has now become public.
According to some reports, Elon Musk is building a home for his family. This wouldn’t be unusual, except for the fact that he has at least 11 children with three different women, and most of them are going to be moving into this 14,400 ft.² mansion.
Musk is looking for a place where he can house all of his children and two out of the three mothers. He would like for them to grow up with each other as siblings and he would like to be nearby as well.
News outlets from different countries said that a businessman and investor, Elon Musk, would like all of his children and their mothers to live together. This wouldn’t be too much of a stretch for Elon Musk, as he has the finances to do it.
Three of the children are shared with a singer, Claire Boucher, who most people know as Grimes. She is married to Elon musk and doesn’t necessarily agree with what he would like to do.
In fact, they had been arguing about who gets to keep the children. People magazine says that she would like an extra mansion, perhaps in LA so that all of his ex-partners and their kids can live together.
If you’re going to build something like this, you need to keep people a little separated. The compound, which would total about $35 million would include six bedrooms and would only be 10 minutes to walk from the main villa to the new mansion.
So who might be there? It could be his first wife, Justine Musk and their six children. Or it might be his second wife, Talulah Riley, who married him and divorced him two times. It might also include Shivon Zilis, as they have children together as well.
At one time, he had planned on building the compound on the property near Tesla’s Austin headquarters. When the US Justice Department started looking into the resources being used to build a big glass house for his personal use, that may have fizzled.
Of course, he has denied the rumors but is looking for Austin real estate since last summer.
