There is always a lot of information about the royal family in the news. Whether they are doing something good or controversial, they will make the headlines.
An ongoing news story from the royal couple is the possible difficulties Prince Harry is having with his family. In fact, it only seems to be getting worse as time goes on and many who watch the royal family closely know it.
Perhaps that is why so many who watch the royal family were surprised when special birthday wishes were sent Harry’s way when he turned 40. One source, however, is reporting that it was Kate Middleton who really pushed it to happen.
A picture of Harry was posted to honor him on his 40th birthday. You can see him laughing in the picture at something that has taken place on the other side of the table or room.
It was posted on the official social media account of the royal family. They shared that picture, and then it was also shared on Prince William and Kate’s official account on X.
The Instagram post was captioned: “Wishing The Duke of Sussex a very happy 40th birthday today.”
A royal insider has since come forward to say that Kate may have been responsible for the post taking place. They said:
“She told William in no uncertain terms that this is not the time for resentment, they needed to show the world that love and family are front and center of their values, but more importantly she wanted Harry to have this message on his big day.”
The post took place on his birthday in September and it seemed like things were only going downhill prior to that time. This included King Charles not seeing his son during a visit to the UK because he was too busy with his busy schedule.
That is why many people were surprised when Harry’s face showed up on social media, but it is also a good sign. With Kate helping out, it may be that things haven’t gone too far.
The source went on to say: “It meant the world to [Harry] that the royals as well as the Waleses’ sent this olive branch on social media, and Kate made a point to call him and send a thoughtful gift his way as well.”
Prior to the appearance of a feud among the royal family, Kate and Harry seemed to share a close friendship. Most people are not surprised that she would be behind a possible resolution.
Despite the fact that the social media post took place, the source is also saying that the way well feels about Harry ‘has not changed.’
The insider went on to say: “He loves his brother and always will, but it’s too early for him to sit down for any type of dialogue with his brother. Still, Kate aims to change this over time.”
