Music has a way of causing us to feel any number of different emotions. Some songs can bring us to tears and other songs put a smile on our face.
One particular song that often touches the hearts of people was performed by John Lennon. That song, Imagine has been inspiring people for decades. It is also a song that is frequently covered by other singers.
One singer who covered the song Imagine in a way that will never be forgotten is Adam Kornowski. He sang the song in May 2018 at a small talent show being held in his school.
Despite the fact that Adam was a fourth-grader, he let everybody know at the Lakeside Elementary School in Minnesota, just how much he loved to sing and perform. His choice of the song Imagine was one that also went viral online.
Adam was five years old when he started playing the piano so he already had five years of practice under his belt by the time he sang that John Lennon song. It’s not just the fact that he sang it in such an amazing way, the song itself is incredible.
After posting the video, his mother wrote on Facebook: “There wasn’t a parent in the room with a dry eye by the end. He got a standing ovation and the applause lasted forever! A woman stopped me to tell me that she would buy it on iTunes if I put it out there!! I love his bow at the end…so polite!”
