It is always a surprise when somebody passes away at a very young age. It’s a sad situation that causes many people to grieve deeply.
Many people are now grieving due to the death of Taylor Rousseau Grigg, a well-known TikTok star. According to a statement from her husband, she has passed away at the age of 25.
Not only was Taylor able to gather some 1.4 million followers on TikTok, but she also posted on Instagram regularly and had 200,000 followers.
In order to break the news about Taylor’s death, her husband, Cameron Grigg went on Instagram and posted a message. He described the passing as being ‘sudden and unexpected.’
Cameron said: “No one ever expects to have to deal with this kind of pain and heartache, especially at our age. This past year Taylor has dealt with more pain and suffering than most people do in a lifetime.”
He went on to say: “Her earthly body is still here with us being ran by machines to keep her organs viable for donation. More than anything Taylor would want to know that she’s continuing to save people’s lives even after she’s gone from this world.
“And even though her earthly body may have failed her, her memory and life will be carried on forever.
“She doesn’t owe anyone, anything. But she would want everyone to know that shes more than ok.
“While her earthly body is still here waiting to give the gift of life, we know her spirit is in heaven dancing in the streets made of gold with all her beauty and grace. Her endless shoe/boot collection. And her rhinestones and turquoise jewelry.
“She’s no longer in pain, but her body has been made whole in Jesus name. We can praise God that she will endure no more suffering and she is truly set free from these earthly chains! SHES BEEN MADE WHOLE AND PERFECT!
“I cling to the fact of knowing that we will be seeing her again! And we will be able to spend all of eternity together!”
Cameron let her followers know that she had been ‘in and out of the hospital’ since they were married. Due to her ‘sudden and unexpected’ passing and their lack of health insurance, their finances were impacted.
He set up a GoFundMe account that has already raised over $40,000 of its $100,000 goal.
Taylor had spoken about medical issues she was facing back in August. She said it was like ‘fighting for my life every day’ and she was often in pain. She did say that she got a diagnosis from a doctor but she didn’t reveal what it was publicly.
