People work very hard in order to get on one of the television shows that showcase their talent. MasterChef is one of those shows, but one contestant has surprised everyone with her ridiculous creation.
That contestant may have been feeling the pressure of the reality show that pits amateur chefs against each other to create the most impressive meal for the seasoned pros to test. What she did, however, defied all logic because she served the judges an un-plucked and uncooked chicken.
Perhaps this would go along with the saying that, if you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. Truly, if you find yourself in a situation where you were thinking about serving a bird with feathers to a group of judges, it may just be too much for you.
In the Spanish edition of that popular cooking show, it seems as if the contestant was doing this as some type of a revenge stunt. She cooked up a whole partridge, serving it on a plate with all of the feathers.
27-year-old Saray Carrillo was hoping to impress the judges in the eighth season but after being harshly criticized for her previous efforts, she was very unhappy. She had told the judges that she had a fear of birds so after they were challenged to cook one, she thought that it was an attack directly against her.
That is when she simply placed the burden on the plate, garnished the plate with sliced tomatoes and spring onion, and served it to the judges. She almost looked proud when she placed the dish in front of them.

Of course, she didn’t last on the show very long after the bird was served. She was summarily dismissed, removed her apron and said ‘bye-bye’.
I doubt that she will be missed but she sure did do something that will allow her to be remembered.
