Many people dream of an opportunity to be on Shark Tank. It gives them the opportunity to pitch their dream before others and possibly get hundreds of thousands of dollars in support for their new product.
One person who was able to make it onto the show was Patrick Schwarzenegger, the son of the famous Arnold Schwarzenegger. He was on Shark Tank with his mother, Maria Shriver, when the show aired on May 3.
The mother and son team was there to pitch their protein bar, Mosh. Despite the fact that it was Patrick who was primarily responsible for the protein bar idea, it was his mother who did most of the talking.
She said: “I’m super excited. I can tell you that it was [on] Patrick’s bucket list. Ever since that show premiered, ever since he had his own lemonade stand, he’s been watching it religiously. He knows every episode, he knows everything about the show.
“.And he was always like, ‘One day, I want to be a judge on this show. One day I want to go on this show. This is my favorite show. I want to be on this show”
She also spoke about the hurdles they had to jump in order to get on the show. She admitted he was excited and determined to be on Shark Tank and it was a ‘dream come true’ for him.
Marsh is a new protein bar idea that comes in many flavors. It contains ‘brain-loving ingredients’ and also supports gender-based Alzheimer’s research.
After being on the show, the Internet spoke up and they weren’t happy. Most were complaining that Patrick and Maria are from one of the wealthiest families in the world and they were asking for money to support a new product.
More than likely, they were there to get the Free Press as he didn’t need $500,000 to support the new product. In addition, he was fulfilling a dream of being on the show, which he had the right to do.
