I don’t know about you, but I think my couch is absolutely perfect. It seems like I never want to get up from it once I am sitting down. It’s the perfect place to relax after a difficult day and on the weekends, I’m surprised I don’t wear it out while I am watching TV! When I’m sitting on the couch, the last thing that I want to do is get up and go out for a run or hit the gym for a quick workout. According to what I’m seeing here, I’m not the only one who feels this way.
The mother in this video knows that her little one has an attachment to the couch as well. In fact, he is dealing with somewhat of a motivational problem but the fact that he does so actually gives us the biggest smile that we’ve had in a long time. Her little one is a dog and when he is curled up on the couch, there is nothing better in life. I would imagine that he even gives me a run for my money as far as loving the comfort of the sofa.
Most dogs will jump up with excitement when you mention going out for a walk. All you typically have to do is jiggle the lead and they will come running. Zeus, however, is a husky and he has other ideas. It’s not that he minds going out and getting some fresh air, it’s just that sometimes he doesn’t want to get off the couch. That is why he lets his mom have a piece of his mind when she wants him to go out for a walk.
Huskies are known for throwing tantrums and Zeus certainly is a vocal dog. Since he is so comfortable on the sofa, he starts talking back to his mother at the very mention of going out for a walk. He howls loudly and he is not about ready to give in. Mom tries to give him a little bit of encouragement but he isn’t having any of it. He wants to be a couch potato this day and nothing is going to stop him.
