If we really look at what we are capable of doing, each of us has a skill that we can share with the world. Not all of us have something that is going to attract the attention of millions of people, but then again, it’s still a skill that we can be proud of. Every once in a while, we see someone who has a level of skill that is off the charts and it may even be in doing something that is out of the ordinary. That is the case with a young woman named Darci Lynne and she has an unusual talent, she is a ventriloquist.
Many of us remember Darci because of the time that she was on America’s Got Talent. Not only was she an interesting contestant to watch, she ended up winning and was the youngest contestant ever do so! You can also see more of her talent on her website, as well as on a number of other TV shows that she has been on since being introduced to the world. She even had a national tour in 2018, and one that was interrupted by the pandemic in 2020. Looking back on the video below, however, we get to see something that is from 2016 and it involves her and one of her puppets, Edna Doorknocker.
If you never had the opportunity to see Edna before, you really have to watch what Darci is able to do with her. She is a cute old lady but she is also sensitive about her age. Darci is able to control her perfectly, not only during a song but also when she is flirting with some audience members.
Never be afraid to share the talent that you have with others. You may not attract a worldwide audience, but others will appreciate what you are able to do. Then again, we can always share what Darci has to offer and enjoy watching it once again in the following video.
