There are certain things that people just tend to gravitate toward, especially when times get difficult. I don’t think any of us need to be told that cats are at the top of that list. If you put an adorable cat picture or, heaven forbid, a cat video online, it is going to go viral almost instantly. It just seems as if felines have exactly what we need, regardless of whether we are sitting at home on our computer or sitting in a chair with one of our fluffy companions on our lap. There is so much to love about cats, and we take the opportunity to do it anytime we can.
Of course, there is always going to be someone with a different opinion and there certainly are ‘dog people’ and ‘cat people’ in this world. It really doesn’t matter what type of person you are, however, when you see this adorable cat with the fluffy tail that looks like a squirrel’s tail, you really can’t help but fall in love with her. After all, she is everything that a cat could be, and her name is (get this) Bell. I don’t think that the world was ready for this level of cuteness, but I think it’s exactly what we need.
When you see Bell and the softness that she brings to our lives, the only thing that you want to do is reach out and touch it for yourselves.
It seems as if our feelings are not out of the ordinary, because she has over 150,000 followers on her ricorico_rico Instagram page.
Bell is a mixture of Persian and munchkin, a breed known as a Minuet, although many people refer to them as the Napoleon cat. Some of the features of the breed include a cute round face, short legs and a thick coat. No wonder her tail was so fluffy!
Napoleon’s tend to be fairly healthy, avoiding many of the issues that are often seen in Persian cats. Many of those health issues have been bred out of them.
It’s a good thing, because we want Bell to be around for many years to come!
