There are some bands that worked their way into our lives and they continue to be on the tip of our tongue and playing a song in our mind on almost a continual basis. Some of these are rock bands that may join together as a group but there are also some single artists that do quite well. For example, Sarah Evans is somebody who is well known for her musical abilities and Three Doors Down is a group that is also known for their abilities. You probably wouldn’t put these two together on the stage with each other because they have such unique talents but when you do get them together, it is a performance that you won’t quickly forget.
In the video below, you get to watch Sarah Evans standing on the stage at the JCPenney Jam. It was a concert that was put on for America’s kids in 2006 in LA. As they stood on the stage together singing ‘Here without You’ and ‘Real Fine Place to Start’, it would be hard to imagine something that sounded better. The blending of their voices work so well together that the audience was totally taken away by the performance that was happening in front of them. Even though it happened some 14 years ago, I’m sure that everybody remembers the moment that they stood on stage together and sang.
Each performer has something unique that they bring to the table and the fact that they are unique is what makes them popular. We can instantly recognize them when we hear them on the radio and we look forward to the opportunity of hearing something new from them.
When these two sang together in Los Angeles, it was a living testimony to the fact that they have an exceptional amount of talent. We love the music that they put out from the studio but hearing them singing live was better than anyone could’ve expected. Watch it for yourself below.
