Adam Lambert In First American Idol Audition Singing Bohemian Rhapsody

Musical talent is something that all of us may have to a certain degree. In some cases, we may be able to share that talent with a small group of family or friends and we may actually be good enough that they enjoy it. Perhaps we might sing karaoke at a local pub or we might even make a video of ourselves singing and upload it to Facebook. It can be interesting to see how much traction we can get with our limited amount of talent. At the same time, it can also be interesting to see how other people have taken their talent and become superstars.

Adam Lambert is one of those individuals that has certainly reached the level of fame that would make him a superstar. He was a contestant on American Idol during the eighth season in 2009 and finished as the runner up. Nobody really knew him before that time but since then, he has gone on to do some amazing things. He’s released a number of albums since that time and has sold millions of them to more fans than we could count. Most of his career has been singing on his own but he was also privileged to play along with another group and that took his career to an entirely different level.

When you think of the rock band, Queen, what is the first thing that comes to your mind? You may think about the guitar or perhaps the way that their voices work so well with each other. More than likely, however, you would also think about Freddie Mercury. Even though he has been gone for a number of years now, he continues to live on as a legend for what he gave to the music industry. It’s absolutely incredible when you think about all that he has given.

Adam Lambert also had the opportunity to play with Queen+ as the lead singer. He has done a number of worldwide tours with that group since 2014. Interestingly, however, he wasn’t always that famous and you get to see him audition for American Idol before he was well known in the following video:
