Male Nurse Sings To His Patients In Hospice Care

Most of us hope that we never have to end up in the hospital but we all know that, if we live long enough, it is likely to happen. That is also true of Hospice care, which is needed when a person is very sick and sometimes, nearing the end of their lives. When they go into hospice, we all depend on the caregivers to give them what they need, regardless of whether it is physical comfort, medicine or anything else. It can be a comfort to the entire family when we realize that they are being cared for.

Those who are involved in Hospice have been trained to handle any issues that arise along the way. This includes taking care of the comfort of the patient in different ways. Each of the nurses involved in the caregiving process also have their own personalities and most of them aren’t afraid to take things to the next level to make sure that the patient is well taken care of. That is also true of Jared Axen, who does something for the patient the is truly helping them in a specific way.

When Jared is helping those under his care, he often does it with a song. It isn’t a song in his heart that touches the person, however, it is one that he sings to them out loud. Not only does he have the desire to make his patients feel better, he has a great voice that allows him to do it as well.

Most of us have a love of music and we may have had it for many years. That love allows the music to make us feel better when we are down and can instantly change our outlook on life. Jared is helping his patients in a marvelous way and if I ever had a loved one in Hospice, I would want him there with them.
