There have been many famous individuals who have passed away in recent years but some of them continue to be remembered on a regular basis. That is the case with Robin Williams, who made us laugh and cry throughout his career. He started out as a comedian, moved into acting and then became one of the most popular and famous individuals in recent history. He continues to be famous, even after passing away and it’s hard to believe that he would’ve been 68 years old this year.
We tend to remember the day of one’s birth after they pass away and Robin Williams’ son, Cody remembered it this year in a very special way. He was getting married and he decided he would honor his late father by having the wedding on his father’s birthday. Williams’ daughter, Zelda announced the event on social media and posted pictures.

“The 21st of July has meant many things to me over the years,” Zelda starts out the post.
“And it was the day my Dad was born, and the last day I got to see him. That last one had begun to usurp the joy of the first two in recent years… that is, until two days ago, when it became something new. On the 21st of July, 2019, it became the day I officially gained a new sister! To @mariaaafloresssswilliams and Cody, you are a light in all of our lives.”
It is always a bittersweet day for the entire family but he is now turning something bittersweet into something to celebrate. There is no doubt that it will continue to be a day with a lot of emptiness that has been filled over the years.
Zak and his fiancée Olivia June also became parents. Their baby boy, McLaurin Clement Williams was born on May 22.
“My fiancé, Zak, and I were so happy to welcome baby McLaurin to the world on May 22nd. We are beyond thrilled he chose us to be his parents, and obviously think he’s the best, smartest, and cutest baby ever!!” Olivia posts along with the picture.
It’s nice to see the Williams family doing well and celebrating their father in the best way they know how.
