When Simone Biles recently got married to NFL star, Jonathan Owens, she did so in a $120 dress and $35 shoes. It was a simple outfit and a simple ceremony, but people couldn’t stop trolling her hairstyle.
When she shared the pictures of her happy day online, people started criticizing her hair immediately. Some were even saying that it was unkempt, but she didn’t take it lying down.
She snapped back at the critics, telling them that it is humid in Houston and it is a challenge to keep your hair looking perfect at all times. She also said that she wasn’t bothered by the comments.
Along with her wedding, she is also looking forward to advancing her athletic career. There will be more in the future, but she is urging her fans to allow her to revel in the moment rather than asking her what’s next.
