The Met Gala is the place to be when you want to see the latest as far as what people are wearing. Of course, we recognize that the outfits people wear at the Met Gala are not their everyday clothing that they may choose. Then again, we wouldn’t see it if it weren’t for the event.
This year, two different couples who attended the Met Gala came together in a way that many people probably didn’t realize was possible. It was Matt Damon and Keith Urban, who had their significant others with them and they had matching duds that got a reaction from the public.
When it comes to fashion, this year’s Met Gala was one to remember. Many stars from Hollywood came together to impress people with their clothing. Nicole Kidman and Matt Damon were included.
There is a theme at this particular event that you are supposed to dress according to. For 2024, it was “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.”
Kidman and Urban had a black and white look that complemented each other and it seemed as if they took the event seriously. The beautiful white gown with the black chiffon material created a stunning look on the runway.
Along with the dress, Kidman wore long white gloves and a silver diamond bracelet. Urban had his black suit with a white shirt and tie, along with a black rose on the side.
Matt Damon, who was accompanied by his wife, Luciana Barroso also decided on black and white for the occasion. He was wearing a white dress shirt along with a black tux and a black bow tie.
By his side was his wife with a beautiful white floor-length dress. It was a simple design, but it was one that was absolutely stunning from top to bottom.
After pictures were posted online, plenty of people had comments about how similar these couples were dressed. Admittedly, there were some differences in the actual clothing they chose, but the colors and the way they coordinated really got people talking.
