Many people were shocked when Lisa Bonet filed for separation and divorce from Jason Momoa. The two of them had a relationship that seemed to be going okay, but she was ready to call it off.
That was a few months ago and since that time, Jason Momoa has been living a rather different life. He moved into his van and has been posting on Instagram to speak about his life. Now he is ready for a change.
The documents were filed in the Los Angeles County Court in January 2024. Bonet was bringing the relationship to a close, and the 56-year-old actress said that there were irreconcilable differences that would lead to the divorce. Apparently, they separated in October 2020.
Along with the divorce, she was asking for joint legal and physical custody of their children. They have a daughter and son together, both of whom are teenagers. There was no spousal support in the documents.
At first, it seemed as if Momoa was going to remain single but now he has found love with an actress, Adria Arjona.
He spoke on Instagram, sharing a carousel of photos of a trip to Japan. He was accompanied by the 32-year-old actress on that vacation.
One of the photos shows them standing together as her hair was blowing and she smiled for the camera. She also shared that photo on her Instagram stories with red heart emojis.
He wrote: “Japan, you are a dream come true you blew my mind. we’re so thankful for everyone who opened their homes, making memories with new friends and old friends, sharing another amazing adventure with mi amor.”
