If you happen to know any twins, you realize that they are rather unique individuals. Each of them has their own personality and they certainly are not exactly like each other but when you look at them, it is sometimes very difficult to tell them apart. Twins will have a connection in many cases for their entire life, perhaps even following the same path without even really trying to do so. They also have the ability to have a little fun every once in a while with the fact that they look so much alike.
I can remember when I was in school that there were twins who took advantage of the fact that they looked similar to each other. There would be times when they would go to each other’s classes or try to fool their friends into thinking that they were the other twin. They even tried to fool their mother on occasion, although she was a little better at catching them in the act. Twins have an opportunity to surprise people and when they take advantage of it, it can be very interesting to observe. That is especially true when a young child is involved.
In the video below, you see a father who is introducing his baby, Charlie, to his twin brother. Charlie has not met his dad’s brother before and as far as he knows, his father is the most unique person in the universe. When Charlie sees his father’s twin brother, however, he gets a little confused and doesn’t know how to react. It doesn’t take long for him to realize what is going on, but it’s amazing to watch the wheels turning.
When Charlie first meets the twin brother, he is smiling and doesn’t know what to think. He realizes that it is a friendly and familiar face but then again, he is being held by what appears to be the same individual. It isn’t long before his smiles turned to shyness and he seeks protection from his father. Charlie catches on quickly, however, and is soon enjoying the moment.
